USE:- My commissions are for personal use only. The client is not permitted to profit off of my commission (through merch, etc.). This includes using my work for non-fungible tokens or any blockchain-related technology.
--> For those interested in commercial work (book covers, album art, etc.), contact me directly to discuss rates.- I reserve the right to to post the work on my own social media and my portfolio.- The client may repost my commission on their social media so long as I am tagged in the post for credit. Do not claim the work as your own.- The client may not alter/edit or trace the commission in any way. This includes removing any signatures or watermarks.PAYMENT & PROCESS:- I reserve the right to refuse any commission.- Payment is upfront through PayPal invoice only. I will not create any preliminary work before payment is received.- Prices are subject to change based on the complexity of the commissioned work and the amount of time I expect the work to take me.- Revisions made during sketch phase are free. Any revisions made after inking has begun are $5 per edit, and will be requested via invoice after the piece is complete.- Please provide clear reference images and descriptions for your commission. This includes reference sheets, posing reference (stock images are welcome!), preferred color schemes, etc.- Refunds and cancellations are not permitted after the sketching stage.- I will provide updates throughout the creation process (thumbnails, final sketch, lineart, color, nearing completion), all of which will be watermarked.- I am a full-time student with other jobs, so my turnaround time will vary based on my availability. If you have a deadline, please let me know beforehand (with at least one week advance notice) and an additional rush order fee may be added to your invoice. The status of all my current work is visible through my trello.
